Homeowners, tenants, and residents are all welcome to use this website to stay informed and participate in the community.

SAFETY NOTICE: The Park near 4th St. and Milada is temporarily closed due to failing perimeter walls. Please do not enter the park or cross the caution tape while repairs are being evaluated. This is currently a high-priority safety matter for the board.

The Summit at South Mountain Homeowners Association is dedicated to maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-managed community for all residents. The Association has completed an updated Reserve Study to help plan for future repairs and replacements of community assets including walls, fencing, landscaping, irrigation systems, and playground equipment.

Thank you to our neighbors who joined us on March 26, 2026. We discussed parking, abandoned vehicles, delinquent accounts, and other important community topics. We also want to thank the homeowners who consistently pay their monthly assessments, which help fund landscaping, repairs, and neighborhood improvements. Currently, the Association is carrying over $111,000 in delinquent balances, and continued community awareness and participation are important as we work toward long-term improvements for Summit at South Mountain.
