Thank you to our neighbors who joined us on March 26. We discussed parking, abandoned vehicles, delinquent accounts, and other important community topics. We also want to thank the homeowners who consistently pay their monthly assessments, which help fund landscaping, repairs, and neighborhood improvements. Currently, the Association is carrying over $111,000 in delinquent balances, and continued community awareness and participation are important as we work toward long-term improvements for Summit at South Mountain.
